HEALTHeACCESS is an employer-based healthcare program that gives enrolled members easy access to primary care, same-day/next-day urgent care, wellness services, and virtual visits at a predictable, fixed monthly rate. Care is provided by Franciscan Health clinicians at participating clinics and via telehealth.

No. HEALTHeACCESS is not insurance—it provides direct access to care for many common medical needs and preventive services. Keep your health insurance for services not covered by the program (e.g., hospitalization).

Participating Franciscan Health clinics and select after‑hours urgent care locations in the network. We’ll provide a locations list during onboarding.

Many common labs, X‑rays, and medications are included. Your care team will advise what’s covered under the program at the time of service.

Yes, eligible dependents can be enrolled based on your employer’s configuration.
